Yoga Class Descriptions

 

My friendly, light-hearted, and playful classes offer a blend of creative movement, breathwork, and meditation. I have a deep interest in how movement and breathing support the nervous system, and I'll always encourage you to be curious about your unique body and move in a way that feels truly good for you!

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa is a meditative movement that calms the mind while building physical strength, balance and focus.  In in this class, I creatively sequence postures (asanas) so you flow seamlessly from one to another.

 

Is it for me? This class can be physically challenging, but it is suitable for beginners. I provide options throughout so you can choose the intensity that suits you.

Gentle Flow Yoga

Start your day with a joyful and uplifting practice. Our Gentle Flow moves at a steady pace, weaving postures together to improve your mobility, strength, and flexibility.

 

We move between the floor, standing, and balancing (using the wall for support if needed).

  • Is it for me? This is a mixed-ability class and is perfect for complete beginners or those looking for a more accessible pace.
