Yoga Philosophy: I weave in bits of yoga philosophy throughout the practice to offer insights that support you both on and off the mat.

Strength & Balance: A variety of movements designed to help build physical resilience, improve mobility, and improve balance.

Relaxation: We end every session with a blissful guided relaxation to help you leave the mat feeling calm and refreshed.
What should I bring?

A yoga mat: If you have one! If not, don't worry—I have mats available to borrow.

Comfortable Clothing: Anything you can move and stretch in.

Water: To stay hydrated during the flow.
