Note: The booking system allows one free class per email. If you're bringing a friend, please book separately so you both get the discount!

What should I expect?

My classes are friendly, inclusive, and relaxed. You can look forward to:

  • A Supportive Environment: A welcoming, judgment-free space for every body.

  • Listen to Your Body: I always provide options and modifications so you can move at the pace that feels right for you.

  • Yoga Philosophy: I weave in bits of yoga philosophy throughout the practice to offer insights that support you both on and off the mat.

  • Strength & Balance: A variety of movements designed to help build physical resilience, improve mobility, and improve balance.

  • Relaxation: We end every session with a blissful guided relaxation to help you leave the mat feeling calm and refreshed.

What should I bring?

  • A yoga mat: If you have one! If not, don't worry—I have mats available to borrow.

  • Comfortable Clothing: Anything you can move and stretch in.

  • Water: To stay hydrated during the flow.
